There is no form here asking for your phone number, your postcode or a preferred appointment slot. There is one question, and then whatever you want to say about it.
Jesse reads what you send and answers it himself, usually within a few days. Nothing is scheduled or assigned from your note — whatever shape a conversation takes gets worked out between the two of you.

If you only want the occasional note about what is scheduled or newly written, that is a different thing and you do not have to write to Jesse to get it. The sign-up sits at the bottom of every page.
Writing to Jesse does not put you on the list, and joining the list does not start a conversation. They are kept apart on purpose.
Money is handled in conversation rather than at a checkout. Some of this work has a set cost, some of it moves on a sliding scale, and some of it is carried by people who tithe back into it so that it stays available to someone who cannot pay right now. If cost is the thing standing in the way, say so when you write.
